This isn't working, I've switched the audio in my animation from mp3 to wav but that wont solve the problem where the music sounds muffled at the beginning of the animation

I use flash CS3

my audio publish settings:
Compression:MP3
bit rate:160 kbps
Quality: Best

I can't increase the bit rate, should I change the compression or something else?
